WELCOME TO HEARTS OF SALFORD A HEART SUPPORT GROUP BASED NEAR MANCHESTER UK.

A Safe, informative and relaxed online meeting place for people and the families of people living with heart disease and related health conditions such as diabetes.

HEARTS OF SALFORD ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING will be at 1pm on Thursday 5th August in the Training Room at the Salford CVS offices in Eccles. Directions. All members are welcome to attend this meeting and the Committee meeting which will follow it. We need new committee members and if you would like to become one please email us at admin@heartsofsalford.net. You don't need any specific skills just common sense.
